More than 700 
families affected by Typhoon Sendong in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City avail of the free dental and medical services provided by energy firm STEAG State Power Inc (SPI) and the 4ID-Philippine Army. The activity is in response to growing concerns on prevalence of common illnesses that pose serious threats to the health and wellbeing of flood victims especially those still residing at the evacuation centers.
